Sewage system - main vertical pipe shall be installed in the hotel room;
Ventilation ducts/channels - shall be constructed in all hotel rooms;
Central cooling and heating system shall be available inside the hotel room with installation of the individual meter;
Electricity supply - shall be available inside the hotel room with installation of the individual meter.

92% of the total amount of apartments is already sold in this project.
The payment conditions for apartments and parking are very flexible.
1. Total payment method;
2. Inner instalment. Down payment is just 15% and the rest of the amount can be divided for monthly or quarterly payments.
3. Simplified Bank loan in our partner TBC Bank. Procedures will be finished in one day, without revenue confirmation.
